Industry Experience
Brayden has been working at Opteon for over five years and has been based in the Government Services team for the entirety of this period, providing a sound knowledge of the revaluation process.
Brayden has extensive valuation experience across Melbourne’s western metro areas, capturing a variety of different property markets. His expertise is predominantly in the Brimbank City Council and Merri-Bek City Council areas and includes detailed sales and market analysis, the application of accurate and up-to-date mass valuation modelling across various markets, and comprehensive report writing for revaluation purposes. Brayden is adept at handling objections from ratepayers and completing supplementary valuations for various property types.
In addition to his technical expertise, Brayden has demonstrated strong leadership and management skills by overseeing a team of graduates and cadets, guiding them through their professional development.
