Industry Experience
With over 10 years servicing Regional and Metro markets across Victoria, Henry has a strong understanding of the dynamics of the Melbourne property market and development sector. He commenced at Opteon in 2013 where he has undertaken valuations in a range of markets across Melbourne.
Henry departed Opteon as an Associate Director in 2017 to work in the valuations industry in London where he gained experience in large scale Build to Rent (BTR) valuations and mixed-use development site valuations. Henry returned to Opteon in early 2021 to work in the Residential Development team where his work focusses primarily on the valuation of multi-unit residential developments, mixed-use developments and englobo/sub-divisional land.
