Kimberly is an Associate Member of the API with 12 years of experience in the residential valuation industry. She has held senior roles including Senior Valuer, Associate Director, and currently Regional Director – Residential at Opteon. With formal qualifications in Property and Real Estate, Kimberly delivers high-quality valuation reports across a diverse range of properties, primarily in the Prestige Market. In her leadership role, Kimberley leads a team of valuers, providing management, training, and mentorship in a range of valuation disciplines.
