Industry Experience

Matt is a Certified Practising Valuer (CPV AAPI) and is a residential development specialist within the Melbourne office. Matt has undertaken valuations on some of Victoria’s largest housing estates up to circa $300 million in value. His area of coverage spans throughout Victoria, focusing particularly on residential subdivisions ranging from boutique schemes to masterplanned communities, albeit also servicing long term development land, areas of proposed urban and township expansion, inglobo industrial land, medium density townhouse developments, and houses.

He provides high quality consultancy advice, enabling a detailed understanding of the asset itself, the relevant market drivers, and the opportunities and risks most relevant to the client’s individual circumstances. Matt provides advice for the purposes first mortgage security and construction finance, financial reporting, compensation, alternative use, due diligence, and statutory purposes.
