Industry Experience

A Certified Practising Valuer since 2017, Nicole has over 14 years of experience in the property valuation industry. She has been with Opteon since 2019 and currently serves as the Regional Director for Ballarat, Bendigo, Mildura, Macedon Ranges, and Tasmania. Nicole brings extensive expertise in the valuation of residential, agricultural, and rural lifestyle properties across regional Victoria and Tasmania, for both mortgage and non mortgage purposes. In addition to her leadership responsibilities, Nicole also oversees Opteon’s National Residential Graduate Program, supporting the development and progression of emerging valuation professionals across Australia to attain the qualifications.
