Patrick is a senior rural and forestry valuer with over 30 years’ experience across Australia, specialising in agricultural land, plantation forestry, natural vegetation, leasing, farm succession, and compensation valuations. His work is underpinned by strong analytical capability and a deep understanding of land economics. His experience includes plantation rating valuations for a major TIMO and portfolio valuations across Victoria, NSW and Tasmania (hardwood and softwood). He also provides expert witness services and strategic advisory on complex valuation matters. Patrick is an experienced communicator, with a strong track record in writing, lecturing, and public speaking. He has contributed to industry development through agribusiness valuation training and published research on forestry investment schemes.
