Industry Experience
Ryan is a highly motivated property professional with 16 years’ experience in the industry. He joined Opteon in early 2022 as a Director of Hotels & Leisure (Victoria). In late 2022, Ryan was appointed as the Head of Alternate Investments and now works closely with our national team of specialised real estate
professionals.
Ryan provides going concern valuations of hospitality premises, accommodation assets and real estate rent rolls predominately in Victoria and the Northern Territory. In addition, Ryan has significant experience in retail, office, and industrial valuations.
