Industry Experience

Will has worked in the Australian property industry for over 15 years, gaining experience across metropolitan, regional, and remote areas. He began his career as a property valuer in South-East Queensland before moving around the country to understand different property markets, including outback towns in New South Wales such as Dubbo, Bourke, and Broken Hill; the Canberra region and surrounding areas of the NSW South Coast and Riverina; remote Queensland towns like Emerald and Longreach; and much of Western Australia, including the South-West, where he now resides.

Will has delivered valuation and advisory services to a broad range of industry stakeholders, including lenders, corporate landholders, mining and resource companies, government agencies, and overseas investors. His work has supported a variety of purposes, such as mortgage security, mortgagee-in-possession, family law, retrospective valuations, acquisition and disposal, annual financial reporting (including SMSFs), lease assessments, and tax depreciation.

A committed lifelong learner, Will completed a Master of Agricultural Economics at the University of New England in 2023. The academic theory learned through this education process has complemented real-world insights gained through his professional experience, providing a holistic and far-reaching understanding of the Australian economy and property sector.
