Why Participate?

How it Works

  1. Sign Up: Fill out a simple consent form to participate in the trial.

  2. Home Inspection: A fully trained inspector will accompany the Valuer to your inspection to complete a visual scan of the home and collect relevant sustainability information as part of the Valuation inspection process for your lender.

  3. Energy Assessment: The collected data will be analysed by a qualified energy rating assessor to complete a free energy efficiency rating, using brand new test software developed by CSIRO.

  4. Receive Your Certificate: Get your FREE trial energy rating certificate to help understand the energy efficiency of your home.
