Industry Experience
Alex has over 11 years of experience within the property industry with expertise across industrial, office, retail and mixed-use developments and with specialisations in childcare, medical clinics and cold store premises.
Prior to joining Opteon, Alex was previously the Director of Commercial Valuations at another firm – a position he held for five years.
Alex joined Opteon in late 2020, in the role of Director of Core Commercial. This important role services a number of clients including the major banks and private clients for financial reporting and legal advice.
