Industry Experience
Bryce Rout has been employed by Opteon since 2021, commencing as a Graduate Valuer in the Albany office. During this period, he gained experience across a broad range of asset classes including residential, commercial, industrial and agribusiness property. Bryce attained Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) status in 2023. In 2023, Bryce relocated to Esperance, Western Australia, where he has undertaken valuation assignments throughout the Esperance region and surrounding districts. His experience includes the valuation of residential property, residential development sites, industrial, office, retail and agribusiness assets for a variety of purposes. Bryce has developed extensive local market knowledge through the regular inspection and valuation of property throughout the Esperance district and maintains professional relationships with a broad range of industry participants, including property owners, agents, solicitors, accountants and financiers.
