Industry Experience
In 2021, Tim was appointed an Associate Director in the Commercial Division of Opteon (Western Australia). Tim has extensive experience valuing a broad range of complex asset types including large scale industrial facilities, englobo development sites, and general commercial/retail, together with more specialised asset types such as childcare centres, service stations and self-storage facilities.
