Industry Experience
Tim began his valuation career in 2008, specialising in plant and equipment before progressing to large-scale mass valuation projects. In 2015, he transitioned into commercial property, developing deep expertise in regional markets including Bendigo, Ballarat, Geelong, and Mildura.
Tim joined Opteon in 2021 and now leads the Victorian Core Commercial team. He brings strong technical expertise and a deep commitment to mentoring emerging valuers, fostering both professional excellence and a collaborative team culture.
