Industry Experience
Anthony has over 19 years’ experience as a valuer and has been employed by Opteon since 2006, with a 1-year secondment in 2018 as a Senior Property Analyst and Officer in Effective Control. He has provided expert advice in this time across varying asset types and locations across Victoria.
Anthony is appointed Regional Director of Victoria, managing a large team specialising in, rural lifestyle, medium residential development, growth corridor off volume valuations, expert witness/family law, pre-purchase advice, prestige residential, CBD apartments and many more. Anthony regularly provides reports to major lenders for first mortgage lending purposes, solicitors for family law purposes, and accountants for taxation purposes as well as advice reports for Government Clients. Anthony presents at various committees, is a panel examiner at API and has been a committee member and Property Council of Australia and a Mentor for the Mentor Program.
