Industry Experience

Ashley has close to 15 years’ experience as an accredited Certified Practising Valuer, following two years as a Statutory Valuer along the Surf Coast of Victoria. In 2014, Ashley took on additional responsibilities as the Managing Valuer for the Bendigo office. Since then, he has held numerous director-level roles, including Regional Director, State Director and Acting National Director for the residential division.

Ashley continues to provide expert tutelage to junior valuers, fostering their professional development and ensuring the next generation of valuers upholds the highest standards. He completes valuations of a wide range of asset types in a professional and timely manner, consistently meeting client expectations.

Since 2022, Ashley has been responsible for managing the resources nationally for annual DHA portfolio. His extensive experience in this role includes overseeing the valuation inspection process, ensuring compliance with DHA standards, and assisting in the delivery of accurate and timely valuations.
