Industry Experience
Jemma has been working as a property valuer since 2014 and has been with Opteon since 2021. She has developed extensive experience across a diverse range of residential property types, including high-end and prestige residential dwellings, dual occupancies and development sites. This has provided her with a strong understanding of the end-to-end valuation process, underpinned by in-depth knowledge of the Central Coast market. Jemma is recognised as a residential valuation specialist and consistently delivers high-volume residential valuation work across the Central Coast region.
