Industry Experience
Peter originally trained as a Rural Valuer in the State Taxation office (now Office of the Valuer General) of Western Australia before moving to private practice in 1981. Over the next 44 years, Peter held senior roles, including Commercial Valuation Manager, Director, State Valuation Director and Joint State Managing Director, with Colliers International, LandMark White and Propell National Valuers.
During his career, Peter has undertaken valuations of most asset classes, including Industrial, Commercial, Retail, Accommodation and Trading Hotels and Englobo Land for residential and Industrial purposes. In more recent years Peter’s focus has been compliance and quality management, joining Opteon as Commercial Quality Manager in March 2024.
