Industry Experience
Simon has been working with Opteon since 2014 and has developed a broad understanding of the end-to-end valuation process. He is recognised as an expert in residential and rural/residential lifestyle properties and undertakes high-volume residential valuations across the Shoalhaven regional area. Simon also has experience preparing reports for residential development sites, DHA rental assessments and acquisitions, as well as for councils for specialised purposes, including acquisition and disposal requirements. Prior to joining Opteon, Simon worked with Walsh & Monaghan Valuers in Nowra from 2007 to 2014, where he undertook rating and taxing valuations for the Valuer General.
