With over 17 years of experience in commercial valuations, Stuart is an established specialist retail valuer, providing a broad range of services including mortgage valuations, assessments for probate, superannuation and legal purposes, project feasibility valuations, rental assessments and submissions, pre-purchase advice, MIP, and other advisory services.
Stuart provides expert valuation advice across the core commercial market, middle markets, and specifically retail assets including freehold retail within prime and secondary shopping strips, subdivided retail lots forming part of owners corporations, convenience shopping centres, gymnasiums, pharmacies, restaurants, supermarkets, large format retail, quick service retail, mixed use developments, development sites and valuations on both an “as is” and “as if complete” basis incorporating feasibility analysis.
Operating across metropolitan Melbourne and regional Victoria, Stuart consistently delivers detailed and well considered consultancy advice that enables clients to make informed decisions.
