Industry Experience

Tom joined Opteon in 2015 as a Graduate valuer before being qualified as a Residential Property Valuer in 2016, and Certified Practising Valuer in late 2017. Working predominantly in the southeastern growth corridor and the Bayside and Mornington Peninsula region, completing work for mortgage, non-mortgage and expert witness purposes. 

In 2020 Tom joined another valuation firm within their Residential Development team and worked on sites with potential for three or four townhouses, to multi-level apartment projects and up to circa 50-hectare residential subdivisions projects. In late 2023 Tom returned to Opteon as an Associate Director within the Residential Development team focusing on the southeastern suburbs of Melbourne.

  • Associate Member of the Australian Property Institute (API Member No. 75010)
  • Bachelor of Property & Real Estate
  • Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate), (REIV) Victoria
  • Diploma of Finance & Mortgage Broking Management
