Opteon Regional Director Henry Pinto will be joining the Residential Mortgage Valuation Panel hosted by the API Parramatta Discussion Group on the 27th of June.
Along with panellists from ING, Citi, Genworth and CBRE, he’ll be discussing local residential valuation issues, as well as both valuer and client expectations of residential valuation reports.
Commenting on the upcoming session, Mr Pinto said he was looking forward to joining the expert panel and sharing local knowledge on the current residential valuation market.
“These panels are a great opportunity to meet and network with a range of property professionals, as well as really delve into the unique issues and trends for local residential valuations,” He said.
The API has over 24 Groups in NSW where members meet for networking and to keep up to date with developments within the industry, and the Parramatta Discussion Group has been operating since 1987, providing a forum for Property Valuers and associated Property Professionals.
