We are thrilled to announce that Opteon has achieved ISO 27001 certification, which means that the technology and infrastructure that supports the delivery of Opteon’s property valuation services has been examined by an accredited auditor and found to be compliant.
This is a significant achievement which supports Opteon’s vision to be the leading independent global property solutions provider powered by innovation, data intelligence and technology. Our information security management system (ISMS) is a large component in the successful delivery of property valuations while maintaining the security and privacy of our customers.
The certification demonstrates that Opteon’s information security management system – the framework of policies and procedures encompassing all the business and corporate functions involved in information risk management processes – meets the rigorous certification process, which covers:
- Protection of information from unauthorised access
- Accuracy of information
- Limited access to authorised users
- Assessment of risks
- Mitigation of the impact of any breach
