Scott O’Dell is a respected individual within the industry with 12 years’ experience. Scott has a Graduate Degree in Property Investment and Development from the University of Western Sydney and has attained API Associate Membership (AAPI CPV).
Scott is a committed, energetic and results-driven individual with high standards and an excellent understanding of the national property market and prestige high-end valuations. Dan has circa 20 years of property experience having started his valuation career valuing residential property, before moving to the Commercial Division of Opteon (Western Australia) in 2009. In 2014, Dan became a Director of Opteon (Western Australia), the firm’s youngest ever equity partner.

Victoria oversees the daily provision of quotes,tender applications and appointing the right Valuers across the Central and North Queensland areas to deliver client outcomes.
This region encompasses Opteon’s Regional Queensland localities Maryborough, Bundaberg, Gladstone,Rockhampton, Biloela, Emerald, Mackay, Whitsundays, Townsville, Mount Isa and Cairns.
Victoria started her career in the Mackay Property Market in 2009; where she gained experience in both the residential and commercial fields of valuation.
Victoria joined the Opteon Team in October 2011. Sshe has presented at numerous local events on topical local issues including the impact of Mining on the property market.

William has in excess of 30 years’ experience as a Commercial Property Valuer working for multi-national accounting and valuation businesses, and with Opteon since 2000.
William is proud to have served on the Australian Valuation and Property Standards Board and actively monitors and contributes to Valuation Standards and Guidance Notes. From 2017-19 William served as the Chair of the Tasmanian Committee of the API.
Over his professional career William has valued a diverse range of asset types including major commercial property, portfolios, mixed use developments, agribusiness/ aquaculture and marine assets, waterfront tourism resorts and completed rental determinations.
William has previously held company Director positions within professional service businesses managing approximately 50 staff, and has experience in business & fiscal management and corporate governance.
In March 2020 William was appointed the Director of Opteon’s Professional Quality & Risk team promoting our Strive for Excellence and risk management.
In July 2020 William was awarded the prestigious Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) Property Professional of the Year Award in recognition of his contributions to the property industry in Australia.

Cam is the National Head of Opteon’s Residential Development & Advisory Team. He has over 38 years’ experience in the property industry including extensive commercial valuation experience, including residential development, in SA, NT and NSW for properties up to $300 million in value.
Cam has undertaken first mortgage security, financial reporting and acquisition/disposal commercial property valuations for all Australian Major Banks, Property Developers, and high net worth individuals, predominantly based in Adelaide, Darwin and Sydney.
In addition, Cam has commercial property risk management and property finance experience, from within a major Australian Banking Group, for individual property assets up to $1.300 billion in value.
He has a strong client and stakeholder focus, whilst always acting ethically and with integrity.
Cam was elevated to Fellow Membership of the API in 1998 and has been actively involved with the industry body in various capacities including serving as Vice President, Divisional Counsellor and Chair of the API Membership Committee for SA/NT.

Duncan joined Knight Frank in 1984, initially working in their Commercial Property Management Department before transferring to the Project Management Department and then finally to the Valuation Department (1987), leading to professional licensing in 1988. Julian Nichols
